Poliitiline sobivus is an informative and educational website, with no registration, that offers a test to find out how closely your views match the main Estonian political parties ahead of the elections to the Riigikogu (Estonia’s parliament) on 7 March 2027, along with information about their positions and about how the result is calculated. It carries no advertising and does not accept donations.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, images, graphic design, source code, logos and other elements, is the property of the site owner or is used with due authorisation.

Reproduction, distribution or transformation of this content without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

The test questionnaire (the selection, order and wording of its questions and explanations), the bank of tie-break questions and the database of party positions (each position with its justification and source) are the work of the site owner. Producing them has required a substantial investment in finding, cross-checking and verifying manifestos, votes and statements, so they are protected by copyright and by the sui generis right of database makers (Estonian Copyright Act, Autoriõiguse seadus: § 4(3)(22) and Chapter VIII¹, §§ 75¹–75⁷; Directive 96/9/EC).

Extracting or re-using all or a substantial part of that content, or repeatedly and systematically extracting insubstantial parts of it, by any means (including automated download or scraping tools), and in particular using it to build other tests, comparison tools or similar services, is prohibited without written permission. Individual questions or positions may be quoted for comment or analysis, citing the source.

Each edition of the questionnaire and the positions is kept dated and time-stamped as proof of its authorship and date.

The aggregated data and analyses we publish may be freely cited and reproduced provided the source is credited (Poliitiline sobivus, with a link to https://www.poliitilinesobivus.ee).

The trademarks and logos of the political parties shown belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes only.

4. Liability

4.1. About the test results

The test results are for guidance only and are based on each party’s documented position. The site owner:

• Does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the results
• Is not responsible for any decisions users make based on those results
• Recommends checking the information against the parties’ official sources

4.2. About the operation of the site

The site owner does not guarantee that the service will be permanently available and will not be liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons
• Damage caused by viruses or other harmful elements
• Misuse of the platform by users

This website maintains strict political neutrality:
